Experience

Numerous water and wastewater projects in remote villages in Alaska while working as the electrical department lead for the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium. Projects included electrical distribution, emergency power, and control system design and construction supervision of water and waste water facilities in remote villages of Alaska. Work also included design, project administration and oversight of control panels built in ANTHC’s panel shop.

ConocoPhillips – Numerous medium and large scale petroleum projects. Responsibilities included assignment as an Electrical Technical Authority working directly engineering contractors on ConocoPhillips projects.

ASRC Energy Services – Onshore and offshore development of Schrader Bluff on Alaska’s North Slope Electrical design included 13.8 kV primary and 480V secondary distribution. Power generation and Control. 13.8kV and 25 kV Transformer Protection. Systems analysis using ETAP modeling Software. Analysis included Load Flow, Short Circuit, Arc-Flash, Harmonics, and Transient Stability Analysis. In addition, breaker settings report and Arc-Flash signage was provided.

ARCO - Drill Site “1H” Design. Provided electrical system project management and design for a drill site location at the Kuparuk Field, North Slope Alaska. Design included Production, electrical, chemical injection, methanol, test separator and production heater modules. Electrical design included 13.8 kV primary with 480V secondary distribution. Instrumentation design included a PLC based monitoring, fire and gas alarm systems and control with interface to a central data gathering and control system.
